What “agent usage” actually means
Every time the agent reads a carrier bulletin, drafts an enrollment, assembles a market-study package, or writes a client newsletter, it spends tokens. Each tier includes a monthly allowance, and we email you as you approach it. If you need more in a given month, buy a top-up (+5M for $79, never expires). The heavy analytical work, like decoding a renewal, is deterministic and spends no tokens at all.
