What "agent usage" actually means
Every time the agent reads a carrier bulletin, drafts an enrollment, assembles a market-study push package, or writes a monthly client newsletter, it consumes tokens. Your tier includes a generous monthly allowance — typical brokerages stay well under. We email you at 80% of your allowance so there are no surprises. Past the cap, additional tokens bill at our cost + a small margin. No throttling, no degraded behaviour.
